These programs also prepare students to sit for their state’s licensing exam. Other degrees that can benefit aspiring agents include business administration, marketing, and finance. A degree in marketing can also be helpful for aspiring Realtors, as it provides insight into consumer behavior and sales strategies. Licensing Requirements
